It was an exciting summer at GradImages, and we are very grateful for the event coordinators at our client schools who made everything happen. What we do would not be possible without your hard work! ### Continuously Improving This year, new product offerings were tested at various schools, including our exclusive Triple Print Frame which was quite popular. We’ve made some adjustments to further expedite proof delivery, and continued to optimize our customer service staffing to make sure graduates are able to reach a representative as quickly as possible. Additionally, we invested heavily in camera equipment, [photographer training](https://resources.gradimages.com/a-look-inside-gradimages-photographer-training), and [back end technology](https://resources.gradimages.com/how-technology-sets-gradimages-apart). These are just a few things GradImages does each year to stay ahead of the competition and provide the best possible service for your graduates. ### The GradImages Family We are also excited about some new additions to our team, as well as several promotions from within. Although our client schools work directly with their account manager and local field manager, there are dozens of additional professionals at GradImages working behind the scenes to make sure every event is a success. Over the new few months, we’ll spotlight some of these individuals and departments on our website. ### Preparing for Your Next Event If your school is a client of GradImages, please don’t hesitate to share any questions or comments with your account manager or local field manager.
