With GradRoll, a banner is overlaid on top of the video feed displaying your school’s logo, the graduate’s name and their degree information or honors received. This creates a more personalized experience for the graduate and the audience. GradRoll can also simplify the tasks of registering graduates for a particular ceremony. It produces a personalized barcoded reader card making event day operations such as check-in and last-minute additions or changes seamless. Here's the way our system works: [Continue Reading **](https://resources.gradimages.com/how-gradroll-can-display-graduate-names-at-commencement) [** 0 Comments](https://resources.gradimages.com/how-gradroll-can-display-graduate-names-at-commencement#comments-listing) Topics: [Technology](https://resources.gradimages.com/topic/technology) [GradImages](https://resources.gradimages.com/topic/gradimages) [Innovation](https://resources.gradimages.com/topic/innovation) ## [The proper attire for commencement ceremony staff](https://resources.gradimages.com/the-proper-attire-for-commencement-ceremony-staff) by [GradImages Staff](https://resources.gradimages.com/author/gradimages-staff) Commencement is a distinctive occasion.  Graduates will normally be dressed in caps and gowns, as will faculty in many institutions.  However, for individuals not wearing graduation regalia but with a visible role on the ceremony floor, conventional wisdom dictates that they be wearing conservative, professional business attire.  It's a sign of respect to the graduates, their families, the school, and the dignity of the event. You work hard to ensure everything is ready for the big day, and you rely on the dedication of your staff and volunteers to make each ceremony a success. At the end of graduation day, it is just as much of an accomplishment for those who make the graduation possible as it is for the graduates themselves.
