Our Selfie-Driven Platform Delivers Graduation Photos in a Flash!
Our sleek, innovative platform enhances the graduation experience by using graduates' selfie pictures to identify their images from the ceremony. Graduates simply upload a selfie and provide their contact information (e.g., email, text number, mailing address).
Post-ceremony, our advanced systems scan all the captured photos, pinpointing every image featuring the graduate. Proofs are swiftly sent to graduates and their families using the provided address information. This ensures a seamless and personalized delivery of cherished graduation memories.
GRADREEL
Personalized Video Clips for Graduates!
We are pleased to offer personalized video clips, called GradReels, as part of our services to our partner institutions. With GradReel, the University can fully customize the intro and exit clips, choose from a standard or a custom version, pick specific music, branding, and more, all from our robust Client Portal and dashboard.
These video snippets can be presented as an additional product offering to the graduates, creating a more robust array of products, or be distributed to graduates as a gift on behalf of the University.
GRADMOSAIC
GradImages takes the Public Relations photos that we capture throughout the ceremony and arranges them into a complimentary photo mosaic for the University to showcase on the commencement website, on social media, and with your students if you choose to do so.
While this is traditionally a digital product, it can also be printed for the University at your request.
BACKGROUND OPTIONS
Using special software, GradImages can take one image on our standard backdrop then “knock out” the background to add in various options.
We can use campus icons, school specific step-and-repeats, or whatever the University decides, adding even more personalization to graduation.
PHOTO BOOKS
Complimentary photo books are available through our Client Portal using the best PR images from your events. The books can be custom designed by the University or by our Creative team. These books make perfect gifts for retirees, honorary degree recipients, speakers, and more.
READER CARDS
GradImages will work with you to customize, print, and ship your name reader cards in a variety of colors. These cards have the necessary address information on one side, then the graduate’s name and phonetic spelling on the opposite side for your name readers.
PUBLIC RELATIONS PHOTOS
All public relations (PR) images taken by GradImages at your events are provided to the University, as well as the applicable copyright releases for you to use them as you see fit. Our team will work with you to ensure we capture the full story of your events for all to see!
