This year, new product offerings were tested at various schools, including our exclusive Triple Print Frame which was quite popular. We’ve made some adjustments to further expedite proof delivery, and continued to optimize our customer service staffing to make sure graduates are able to reach a representative as quickly as possible. Additionally, we invested heavily in camera equipment, photographer training, and back end technology. These are just a few things GradImages does each year to stay ahead of the competition and provide the best possible service for your graduates.
We are also excited about some new additions to our team, as well as several promotions from within. Although our client schools work directly with their account manager and local field manager, there are dozens of additional professionals at GradImages working behind the scenes to make sure every event is a success.
